We’re the mechanics lien experts. It’s fast, easy, affordable, and done right.File now
UPDATE: We apologize for any inconvenience, but levelset no longer offers assessment lien filling as of 2013. While you can use levelset to file a mechanics lien for construction projects on a condominium unit and/or building, levelset does not file HOA liens for unpaid dues.
Condominium and Homeowner Associations are run by their communities. Property owners usually volunteer their time to serve as board members, which they quickly learn is a thankless job. Not only is the job thankless, but board members also assume duties to the association, such as the fiduciary duty to make the proper financial and business decisions for the group.
One issue that comes up constantly in these associations is delinquent members. It’s almost constant that someone in the association is delinquent in their dues or in the payment of assessments. As the start of the above video states, when one association member fails to pay dues or assessments the entire community suffers.
This video demonstrates why filing a lien against the property owner’s property is an effective method to get an association paid.
