We are having payment problems with a customer who we have do multiple bridge projects for. Becasue these are public projects, and done on bridge repair we want to know what leverage we have to push payment on unpaid invoices.Public Project in New Jersey. According to the zlien 'Bond Claim & Notice Deadlines for Subcontractors' publication, a claimant can either file a Bond Claim, or a Lien on Contract Funds. Question: to the extent these remedies are cumulative, will the zlien system produce the required filings for both remedies/or just the Bond Claim notices ? This same question applies to KY, LA, WA.
