Full Price (Lien)

A situation in which a lien claimant is allowed to claim the full amount unpaid to them, even if the property owner has already made some or all of the payments to the general contractor.
States can largely be divided into “full price” and “unpaid balance” states. In full price states, a lien secures money for the total amount of work that has been provided by the lien claimant.
