The company has experience in a number of industries, putting together structures for projects in sectors such as commercial, education, energy, entertainment, health care, and hospitality. It mainly has a reach in the western part of the United States, with 10 regional offices in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, and Texas accompanying its Tustin, CA headquarters.

Suntec Concrete has an excellent payment history, earning an A payment score from Levelset with a 95 out of 100. In fact, in 293 projects monitored over the past 12 months, there are no reported payment issues, which was true as well for the entire duration of 2021.

BrandSafway is a Georgia-based general contractor with a large range of expertise in the construction industry. Alongside its work in scaffolding and industrial services, the company has expertise in concrete forming and shoring solutions, offering wall formwork and slab formwork as well as shoring solutions to climbing and bridge formwork.

Beyond its wide level of expertise, the company has a huge reach. BrandSafway has 277 locations worldwide, with offices in Asia, North America, South America, and Europe. The company even has 139 locations in the United States alone.

The company generally has a decent history when it comes to payment, earning a C payment score from Levelset with a 67 out of 100.

TAS Commercial Concrete is a Texas-based contractor that markets itself as “one of the top concrete service providers throughout many of the major metropolitan areas of Texas, including Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio.”

The company emphasizes its significant manpower, claiming that it is able to handle “3.1 million man-hours of concrete work” per year, and has worked a significant portfolio in the multi-family housing, industrial, retail, education, religious, and healthcare sectors.

According to Levelset data, TAS Commercial does have a poor recent history with payment. They received a D payment score, earning only a 27 out of 100 based on project data from the preceding year.
