California Mandatory Training – Prevention of Sexual Harassment
California law requires all employers of 5 or more employees to provide training to its supervisory and nonsupervisory employees on sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention. Employees who are not supervisors of others must receive one hour of training. This training is specific for non-supervisors only. Stay compliant with California employment law by registering today. Share this page with all of your employees to register.
Most California employers of 5 or more employees are unaware of the mandate that took effect January 1, 2021. This specific training is for employees, not employers or supervisors.
Note for supervisors of employees only: California law requires supervisory employees must receive at least two hours of training. A separate and different training for supervisors only will be scheduled at a later date in 2022.
