OklahomaI did some work for a company BR Linwell who got a contract for doing some sports equipment installation at a college nearby since the project was state/federally funded it was a prevailing wage rate job. IllinoisI am a welder who received a questionnaire on an investigation for a pw3 project. It asks questions to determine if we were paid prevailing wage or not. My project manager collected the employees questionnaires after a month an employee asked what happened to those questionaires. His answer was that the corporate attorney said we didn't have to comply because it's only a questionnaire. It clearly has a case # that it's investigating. Could the project manager be trying to protect his year end bonus? Should I contact the Department of industrial relations to get another form? I have a copy.
