Do you have to have the "physical" contract to file a preliminary notice. Isn't once "Intent" is established or a Notice to Proceed?

CaliforniaI have a customer that has a job that has multiple locations, but it's all the same job. Do I have to file pre-liens for each job location, (which I have to find the locations of), or can I just pre-lien the job itself? A blanket pre lien. Thank you!
CaliforniaWe have been working with a client for roughly 7 years. He has gone silent and not paid us since Sept 2020. Most recent invoices are from Nov. A prelim was never sent originally. He has not responded to threats of a mechanic's lien. Now I want to file one.
CaliforniaI have a question about the 15-day deadline for notifying a homeowner of a filed lien. Does the 15 day deadline mean that the home owner received the notice or does it mean the notice was sent by the deadline.
Whereas if sent by certified mail and it got to the homeowner 2 weeks past the deadline but was sent 14 days after filing, is it still valid?
FloridaWe are the general contractor on a commercial remodeling project in Arizona. Is the general contractor required to file a preliminary notice or an Intent to Lien before filing a lien? We thought only our subs would be required to file a Preliminary Notice. Would an email to the customer and their subsequent reply suffice as Intent to Lien and acknowledgement of delivery?
ArizonaOur initial NTO was sent out with a date of delivery of equipment of November 16, 2020. The scout could not find an owner and sent out Notice. Can we still add an owner if we find out any further information? Also what are our lien rights since no owner was listed on NTO?

We are dealing with a promissory note of about 37,000+ that has not been paid since 2018! - The party just decided not to pay despite send them emails and their own emails showing they are responsible! It is a signature note and we have copies of the documents and they do also.
Does levelset have a follow up process or documentation that would work besides Construction liens etc..or can we design one with the levelset forms to send to them! -- This was an interesting video which gave me the idea of letting them know to make payments again!

CaliforniaWe are an electrical subcontractor and have contracted with a GC on a tenant improvement job. We will be sending a preliminary notice to the owner of the property but do we need to send a copy to the GC as well? Thank you!
