I’m electrical engineer from other country and business man . I dont to study again to get a master electrician.

I am Certified by the IICRC and they give certificates to restoration contractors for mold abatement and water damage restoration. MichiganCslb fabricates lies . I made a mistake and had a lousy lawyer. Didn't know what he was doing. Had me sign a agreement with cslb. Now cslb is changing terms and adding more fees that are not in the agreement. I called them on it produced paperwork and now the probation person won't respond. Also I now have special needs and they won't accommodate me. I can't go there take they test again with this covid stuff. Fighting cancer.

If the builder is a liscensed roofer (only) can his liscense cover the buyer in case of future defect? and can the buyer have occupancy upon closing?
