What is going on with PPP loans? They were supposed to be 100% forgiven if used towards certain things, mainly payroll, but the guidelines are very confusing and CFOs are now being told to prepare for audits on how they use the loans. Many construction companies are considering sending back the money so they don't have to deal with the audits, but they don't want to do that because it would potentially mean letting people go.
