So I am a service provider for a company called choice home warranty I performed about 12 service calls for them yeah now I spent up to 700 or more in parts the company owes me at least $1200 according to their prices in and labor cost they provide yet now they are pulling out charges and taking money from me from my overall Mountain Dew for things that are made up that they just saying
New MexicoI am an mechanic an there has been a vehicle on my property for 3 or 4 years and last year i found out that the person who contacted me to repair passed away and recently there has been a person claiming that he is the owner and to cover the costs of storage totalling R331 000 and no contact for months recently turned out of the blue to say he owns the car and he wants it so now he threatened with the police to lock me up what stands to be done for me? Please help

LouisianaI'm a sub on a construction project performing final cleaning. The project owner asked me if would enter into a contract with for housekeeping services upon grand opening as he was not abel to hire enough staff before opening. Serveral of my employees have been working as contracted housekeepers since 12/18/21. On this coming Monday, 1/17/22, I will be due $11,370. To make matters worse, my employee told me the owner gave her a new hire packet but he hasn't mention anything to me about hiring them to me .
ArizonaWe did a job for a residential customer in September. Customer was not happy with the work so we adjusted the work according to their specifications. Work was still not satisfactory to the customer. Management agreed to lower and settle at $10,000 for the job. Original price was $21,031.71. Agreement with customer took place on December 1st. We have not heard from customer since that date. Can we still submit the lien?
CaliforniaI know Iowa requires a preliminary notice of lien rights be provided to the customer before work begins or soon after.
That being said, we do not have an "official form" for this; however, the fine print on our contract has a line that says the following:
"Pre-Lien Notice: company hereby provides notification that any person or company supplying labor or material for this improvement to your property may file a lien against your property if that person or company is not paid for their contributions. Upon default in payment, a lien will be placed on the property and charges will be added from the date of substantial completion at the maximum rate allowed by law."
Is this sufficient, or is there an actual official form that's needed in Iowa?

IowaI own a water mitigation company in Fairfield County, Ohio. If I were to use a mechanic's lien, would I be a general contractor, laborer, or equipment leasee? We do not have a general contractor's license because we do not install or construct anything or do any kind of plumbing or HVAC repairs. We perform water extraction, demolition (drywall, floor coverings, and trim/cabinets), cleaning, and setting drying equipment for multiple days to dry the structure. We have the IICRC certifications needed to perform this kind of work.
OhioWe have a customer who owes us almost 45k. He has become unresponsive. We have reordered materials for him per his request, made multiple trips and worked with him to get items the way he wanted, even though he signed a contract that doesn't state these items. We have gone above and beyond and would like to get this wrapped up. He has become unresponsive right now.
IllinoisGC Refuse to pay for the work already complete, is a 42k from which 90% of the work have been already completed and he had only pay us 27K and is refusing too pay us the remaining
PennsylvaniaWe delivered garage materials (garage trusses and windows) to our customer's SD site, during the Fall of 2020. They had also purchased a home from us in 2020, that we delivered previously to the same site, which they paid for in full. We have been in sporadic contact with the customer and they keep telling us that the check is in the mail. We even reduced what they owed us from $8,760.13 to $2,000. Can we file a lien on their garage or property or is it too late?
