I bought a pre sale condo and my contract says 630 sft an the plan which I signed and referred to also indicated 630sft. However, recently when I visited the developer's website, I opened the plan of the unit which I purchased only to discover that they change my plan, they took off some of my living room space and made it in to a balcony.
