Hello I received this response in regards to Mike Davis a file we opened with levelset. I am taking a look at your job summary page, and it seems that your Arbitration Demand was sent "on 10/21/2022, 5 weeks after the deadline". That could be a reason why it is deemed as noncompliant, but unfortunately you would have to have a legal expert confirm that with you. Your job summary page is able to provide you with all of your requirements and deadlines, and we will generate and send any document you order with us. However, we have certified mail recipients as well as stamped documents from the county office that show everything was filed within the required timeframe. This was an error on levesets part. Is there any way we can try for arbitration again? Or is it a closed case, bc it wasn’t done correctly the first time?...Read More
I received and lean for work done on a three level three unit apartment building and I live in one of the units the lien is an intent to lean it was sent registered mail but I never signed it because it was just put through the door. I did respond to the letter with the text to the contractor stating he sent me a bill a final bill and it did not show eight payments since last April. I am willing to pay the entire amount which dramatically exceeded the original budget due to construction problems such as plumbing and electrical that were not anticipated and four month delay in completing the project because of covid supply line delays. I cannot refinance this property that has significant equity with a lien. I don't even know if his payments would reconcile with my Banks payments. How could you assist me...Read More

We contracted a reputable pool builder outside Philadelphia to renovate our pool. The same company who we contracted with to renovate the pool also built the pool. Once the renovation was complete we noticed discoloration in the plaster. They told us it would cure over the winter, but it was worse when we opened the pool in the spring. The company sent out a plaster expert who concluded the water chemicals caused the discoloration and therefore it was our fault to resolve. We followed every instruction, waited as we were instructed, and now they are saying it was our fault.
We are looking to understand what recourse we have for getting the services from the company to fix our pool...Read More
