I hired 2 bothers to do do work on my house. Last time i heard from them was September 11 when they promised to come on Friday. NO call no show. Not the first time. I fired them of September 20 and told them to let me know when they wanted ti pick up their stuff. I have heard NOTHING from them. What if the company filing the lien did work on the property from 2016-2021 but their license expired in 2019. Are they still able to file the lien? They continued the construction while unlicensed. In other words, they started the work with a license but it expired in the middle of the construction and they kept working without it. ...Read More
