Hi I put mechanic lien , they sell the property still pending I sign escrow agreement with her lawyer , probably they waiting until lien get dissolve in 4 weeks
What I can do o have the copy of the lien here

MassachusettsHomeowners who started addition to main home early fall of last year. Few issues in the beginning, but most recently found wet/ moldy insulation under sub floor. Our electrician and plumber opened up two small sections of floor to install wires/ plumbing. First hole had very wet/ moist insulation. Second hole had fiberglass insulation that we could squeeze out the water. We approached the topic with our General Contractor and he said he would "investigate " but it would cost us his time and we would have to pay for any new insulation that might be needed. Us not knowing anything about this topic reached out to town building inspector who said that is is the General Contractors responsibility to investigate and repair. Well it's been weeks now since he has opened up the floor, multiple areas with mold. All the insulation has been removed, still in the process of cleaning up mold areas. Our General Contractor has not listened to our concern or really even cared about the mold. He is trying to rush and finish this job and its clearly showing. We have spent many hours on our own getting out insulation that he "didnt see" or thought he could get away without removing it. We have pointed out several areas of mold and he clearly thinks we are wrong and it's not mold. Building inspector agrees its very clearly mold. I have lost all trust in our General Contractor. He is supposed to be installing new Fiberglass insulation by the end of this week or early next week. I have lost many hours of sleep and worry he isn't doing things properly. I feel the need to clean up the mold after he does cause I haven't actually visualized him doing it. I spent many nights on my hands and knees getting out insulation. It's exhausting, I want to continue on with this addition but the way he has spoken to my husband and I is so unprofessional. I don't trust that he is doing the best for my family. I want to feel 100% certain that we won't have issues down the road with mold or anything else. The thought of a lawsuit sounds exhausting, someone also mentioned something about calling the state and reporting his General contractor license. Few more issues with him but this was the big one. Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks

Many comunications back and forth from adjuster confirming my final bill for the work done. She used $35,000 of the money to pay of her kids college lone once my lawyer reached out to teal to her, and her attorney has $20,000 in an escrow account from court
MassachusettsContractor has not paid balance on job subcontractor did on private home. It’s been 1 year 3 months since invoice was given and still no payment. Promise to pay with excuse after excuse so what options do I have plus I know of 5 other subs that this contractor has not paid. Thanks

GD just sent me a quote that is CPAS rated with flow downs, we're a small family owned business all five of use, getting lost in this new venture! I'm afraid we're going to loose the business over this!
MassachusettsWe are purchasing a new construction single-family home from a builder. All our change orders thus far for upgrades included the invoice from the subcontractor/supplier where the cost was based on our selection (cabinets, countertops, etc.). We upgraded the master bathroom and the change order for the upgraded shower/floor tiles based on our tile and flooring selections is missing the invoice from the flooring/tile company. The builder is refusing to provide the invoice and asking us to make the payment without it. Can he withhold the invoice? What are our options to get the invoice for the additional work/materials we are paying for? PS: The upgrade was not based on a fixed fee. The upgrade price is dependent on our selections as was the case with the previous change orders where we selected the cabinets and countertops.
