I filed a lien on a client. It is Mechanics Lien #10215087.
I was wondering what the next step would be in order to enforce the lien and be paid for the total amount of the lien?
What would be the timeline for each of the steps and what ever other advise you might recommend.
FloridaBuilding owner did not pay, lien was placed o 10/26/2021. No payment or contact from owner since job completed. How do we proceed to enforce the lien?

FloridaContractor and I had many verbal disagreements re terms, service etc. they proceeded with work despite my telling them not to. (I was not present). I later find that they FORGED my signature on a Notice of Commencement THEY EXECUTED (same day as the estimate given) ansd their office NOTARY falsely notarized same (I have never been to that office, seen her, presented ID,etc). Then they filed this fraudulent document in Circuit Ct. Due to ongoing disputes, they filed a lien, and am now suing for foreclosure. Is a lien based on a fraudulent NOC valid?

FloridaI was hired to provide planning SME and ecosystem access to a commercial cannabis production project in FL. I provided planning oversight, introduced the licensed operator who would lease the property, provided the written SOPs used to get the state agency sign off, HR introductions etc —- all according to my SOW document that the owners agreed to and signed off on. They have delayed payment often and finally went unresponsive six weeks ago. What are my options in FL?

Floridathe customer was a large apartment complex. In October of 2021, the owner stopped all work for all rehabs. I filed my lein, sent all the notices, the property was sold, and I am 2 days past due the final deadline to file the demand for payment. What can I do? Can I still file to enforce the lein?

FloridaA supplier of our supplier sent an NTO to our GC without including us. We didn't find out until our GC sent us releases that needed signed by our suppliers. We are not paying them directly for the materials. I just want to know what I can do because this NTO is now a problem and I don't believe they can file an NTO legally. FloridaI am a concrete contractor. My ex-brother-in-law used my concrete account to get concrete for a job he was doing on his own. He never paid the concrete bill. The concrete company sent a Notice to Owner to my company and to the homeowner. I have already advised the homeowner that they need to pay the invoice. However, I don't think thay have any intention of paying. It has been over 90 days since they're work was completed. What, if anything, can I do?
