Is the project start date is that the date the first piece of equipment SHIPPED or DELIVERED?
Is the project end date the date that the last piece of equipment SHIPPED or DELIVERED?

Arizonado lien waivers need to be signed by a principal party or can anyone in a company sign it. I have a lien waiver that is signed by a project accountant.
ArizonaThis customer put a stop payment on the check and I have been trying to work things out with him but that is getting me nowhere. Work was performed on 1/15/2022 I got the notice of stop payment in March. Is it too late to file a mechanics lien?
ArizonaI obtained the property through now deceased family members and I am trying to obtain a loan for property maintenance. There is a lien on the property but I have documentation indicating the debt was paid off. The company has since gone out of business.

Owner is from Phoenix Arizona, We have all receipts from Dump and Fuel, We sent him pictures of all loads going to dump. He agreed to 15.00 per hour for myself & 13.00 for helper. I billed him 3747.90 He complained about price and discounted 200.00 from the invoice. He owes 547.90 can I lien the property before he sells it?

Arizonaim a contractor working on a residential project we were hired directly by the owner and we have not yet completed the entire project just partial. the home owner is planning on selling the home without letting us know and has told us that she is almost ready for the plumbers to come back to finish when in reality she is selling her home. what happens to our contract? we are still owed $9750 since last year in september? is there anything we can do?
ArizonaI am a subcontractor to the General Contractor. One of our suppliers were issued 2 PO's ~ one for X materials for $6,800.00 and one for Z materials for $36,722.00. They pre-liened for $6,800.00. Recently, the total amount outstanding to them, $43,417.00. If their pre-lien was only for $6,800.00, is the lien legit? The 36K is not over 90 days. There were no change orders involved.
