Would I need a license according to the below explanation?

TennesseeLicenses

I subcontract for a contractor doing low voltage in new residential construction. The contractor I work for in OH has recently opened an office in Nashville, TN. They've asked me if I'd be willing to help them out at their new Nashville location. The jobs are typically $200 to $500 dollars. My question is, as a low voltage subcontractor, would I need a license to help them in TN?

Ohio generally requires commercial contractors doing certain specialty trades (including electrical work) to obtain a state license from the Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board (OCILB). However, journeymen electricians rarely need a license, as only Middletown and Hamilton require journeyman licenses for small electrical work on a city-by-city basis. General electrical work in Ohio generally does not require specific licensing. Ohio also does not require a license for minor work done on residential property. If required, the application for a license may be initiated by filling out an examination application here.
