My brother trusted a contractor from his church to do a bathroom remodel and some flooring for his master bedroom and study with painting. The contrcator said he would only charge for housr of subs, but the subs wasted time on the job. It took 3 months for them to finsih work and charged him a ton of money, even after his contractor buddy said it would be more reasonable than other contractors because he just charging him hours.
