We are a Water restoration company and did work at an apartment complex. The tenant staying in the unit called us to perform work and the property management company was not made aware of us doing the work until we gave the bill to the customer. Both him and the property management company do not want to pay the bill and keep saying its the other persons responsibility. It has been a month now of going back and fourth so I am wanting to file a lien but not sure if I file one lien for both parties or make two separate liens for both. What do you think is the best way to go about this situation?
