I sent the original proposal to Fortify Holdings, LLC. I did work on four hotels and our agreement was that I was to be paid for each property upon completion. They paid me for the first three hotels and a partial payment for the last one but they still owe me $3488.00 and it has been over a month since I have invoiced them and their representative who I have been dealing with won't answer his phone or return my calls. I had problems getting my money on each hotel but they really needed the work done and I wouldn't move onto the next hotel until they paid me for the work that I completed. Now on the last check they aren't wanting to pay me. My question is who do I send the Intent To File A Lien to: Fortify Holdings, LLC or CV The Jackson, LLC where the work was actually done?
