As subcontractor am in middle of job. Did not file Notice to Owner (think they're worthless). Have not received draw from Contractor after 3 months requesting.
As a subcontractor, not in direct contract with the owner, you may well have forfeited your lien rights by failing to file a Notice to Owner withing 45 days of first furnishing services to the job site. There are other claims that you can pursue such as breach of contract or unjust enrichment, however, consultation with experienced construction counsel would not be amiss.
