Where in the Davis Bacon Act does it say owners' names (who work on site) have to appear on the certified payroll?

WashingtonPrevailing Wages

Are the names of owners or part-owners who are listed as foreman/carpenter on the Daily sheet with the number of hours worked required to appear on the payroll? I understand their hourly wage does not need to appear. Second question, please: where does this requirement appear on the DBA or 29 CFR, etc.? Thank you!

Unfortunately, while I'm familiar with most basic regulations regarding prevailing wages, I don't have much a ton of expertise in the detailed daily and weekly reports required for prevailing wage compliance. However, The US Department of Labor has a great resource for employers who must comply with prevailing wage requirements. Further, if you're talking about the WH-347 form, here's a set of instructions for filling out that form. And, TSheets has an excellent guide on How to create a certified payroll report.
