This line was filed back in 2017. I just want to inquire about when it would expire.

A filed Minnesota mechanics lien does not last forever. The mechanics lien claim will only be valid for one year from the last date the claimant provided labor or materials to the project. Failure to enforce (foreclose) the claim within that one-year timeframe will cause the lien to expire.
Furthermore, a Minnesota mechanics lien must befiled within 120 days after last furnishing. So if the lien was properly filed in 2017, it would stand to reason that the lien is no longer enforceable.
