As an owner, we are issuing an AIA 141 agreement to a design builder. Typically we are used to issuing the A101 with the A201 supplementary conditions. Do I need to issue the A201 with the AIA141? There seems to be a lot of duplications. Can I just add the missing clauses from the A201 to the A141 that I feel need to be included?
