Hello, I'm a C.O.P. plan reviewer. At what point does a person require a license to do structural work and/or
electrical. The structure is a 48' tall / 240 sq ft fwy sign.
applicant claims he doesn't need a license. Thx.

If the project is above $1,000, a license is needed. A.R.S. § 32-1123

Staff used to have info fromRegistrar that if a building permit was required, then a license was required (i.e. structural / electrical)???
