I'm just looking for some information regarding priority. Once I file my claim for lien with the court in Wisconsin, is my place in line of priorities solidified, or not until foreclosing on the lien?

Your lien priority shouldn't change after your mechanics lien is filed. The priority will be solidified, regardless of whether or when the lien is enforced.
