When construction is being performed on privately owned land, the project is generally considered "private" and thereby subject to mechanics lien claims. And, private projects can be broken down into further divisions like commercial, residential, mixed-use, etc. But, if the real estate is owned by a public entity, then the project will typically be susceptible to payment bond claims or claims on project funds. You can learn more about the differences in project types here: The Difference Between Public and Private Projects. The answer is that we don't. Since the university project is a private one, we classify it at commercial. We can classify projects as commercial, industrial or government depending on their relationship with society. For example, if an organization is funded by taxes, then it's classified as government. You are suggested to read edubirdie review of different writers to write content on this topic. If it's funded by donations from individuals or corporations and it has no connection to the government, then it's classified as commercial or industrial.

If a university is privately owned, it doesn't necessarily mean that all the projects undertaken by the university should be classified as commercial. The classification of a project depends on the nature of the project and its goals, rather than the ownership of the university and their student can read this post here to get quality work. For example, if the project is aimed at generating profit or commercializing a product, then it can be classified as commercial, regardless of the university's ownership. However, if the project is focused on academic research, education, or public service, then it would not typically be classified as commercial.
