When a job is completed and you pay the final payment which includes more than one project what amount do you use on a waiver... Example the check includes: 123 home land $700.00 left on a painting project that was 2,100.00 456 business $2,300 material payment on drywall project that is total 4,600.00 234 any street $200.00 final payment on painting project that was 1000.00 Waivers needed for first and last job.... You would only waive the amount that you have been paid, and you should submit separate waivers for separate jobs. So here you would send in a lien waiver for $700 for 123 home land and $200 for 234 any street. Each project should have its own waiver, even if the owner is paying with one check for several projects at once.
