With limited exceptions, the tricky requirement is that a party who does not have a contract with the general contractor (a sub sub or supplier to a sub) must furnish notice within 30 days after you first provide equipment to the project. The next deadline is to file a claim of lien within 90 days from "the time the sum became due", which is construed to mean the last day that you furnish items to the project. You must also send a copy of the claim of lien to the contractor and owner. Please let me know if yo have any further questions or need additional assistance. I had the contract with the GC/owner so I don't need a notice to lien rights.

Good news. So you just need to file your lien within 90 days from your last day providing equipment to the Project.
