Hi we filed a mechanics lien and it was sent and processed on levelset before we got them to pay. We already got paid in full and gave them a final waiver indicating we have been paid. What other steps should I take, thank you.
You will need to have the mechanics lien released by recording a Release of Mechanics Lien with the County Recorder. I am sure this can be completed through Levelset.
