What should I send a contractor to let them know a project will begin soon

Florida

We are working with the owners of a project which is due to break ground in around 1-2 months, upon completion of permitting. We are concerned that the GC on the project may not be ready or able to start on time, and we have already given them an initial deposit. What kind of document, if any, can we send now to notify of the project's coming start date that will help us out in the case they are not ready to start on time and we need to take other actions?

This one is good for you. It is about your priorities and not on those games that you think you couldn't profit anything on it. It is always good to avoid some of the games [play snake](https://play-snake.co/) that are very addictive so that your time could spent on other important things.

Sorry for the confusion, we are not involved in the construction of this project, just think of us as the owners

Without reviewing the contract it is difficult to say what notice, if any, is required. A simple letter pointing out the start date should be sufficient. Should work not start when required further review of your situation should be with a lawyer in person. FYI this forum is for contractors with legal questions about getting paid. I responded to your inquiry because it appears from your name that your are a building contracting company.

Thank you, and yes we are a general contractor but for this specific project we are working with the owners in a different capacity
