Im doing the catagorie 3 sewage clean up . F ecies n water extraction flooring carpet removal drywall cut 4ft from floor entire finished basement . Removed base trim rooted the sewer. Decontaminated with bleach and all recommended chemicals mold mitigation then hired a crew to come remove the debris and they charged 1000 to do 5 ) loads trash drywall flooring carpet ect. 3 weeks total and hours of investigating as my mom didn't care due to she doesn't live in the basement. Its a newer beautiful home. I met with the adjuster told him and showed the progress n my intentions and remedies n agreed . Immediately my mother after he left said where's my check? I told her once the clean up was done pictures n more tear out finished I could give a proper reciept n pics to yhe adjuster n receive a check she got a check for 12500 n ti haven't sent the invoices yet she stated that she needed money n I'm her son to accept nothing . I have the work completed as far as the mitigation and a proposal to rebuild . I had n agreement with the adjuster now I'm stuck in what I should do its state farm
