I'm a small sub who has completed work and filed all formal final paperwork, however there appears to be some sort of disagreement with the owner and the prime over a issue of which my firm has no bearing. My contract is a pay when paid nd I have outstanding invoices with them from April 2020 thru July 2020. I have ongoing contracts with them for other contracts for which I've been paid and I know if I sue or place lien what results will be. Currently looking for some form of advice because if I sue I'm aware counsel will get large part of outstanding funding in fees.
