I’ve owned a beauty/Barber shop in Clackamas for almost 18 years and due to COVID-19, I had to close my business. So my husband thought Tuff Shed would be a great way to continue my business on our property, we started in April of this year with them. But for whatever reason, , there’s always a reason or excuse to why we can’t get the permits to even poor the cement, not including the building. I have a city license, and permission from the county and the city of Milwaukie (which was less than a month to get those done with both the city and county). We told the company at the beginning that this as a business and needed to be done around July, and of course they said,, that would be fine but here we are in October and still waiting! They just keep saying with each email they’re waiting on the engineer. I’m sorry, it’s just overwhelming, not to mention the 62% loss of clients. They don’t want to come into a home during the pandemic. So, what rights do we have to get this moving along or firing them and find another company? My husband did sign an E agreement but I don’t know what it says, as I didn’t sign it.
