I'm the property owner. I need to file a lien but I'm not sure what kind of lien I need to protect my GAP funder investment. I borrowed funds from GAP funder for rehab on my flip house. RE market has been taking turn and I don't know how long the house will be on the market for. I don't want my GAP funder to loose his investment to 1st lien holder which is hard money lender.
