We finished construction on our home and found many issues before paying the contractor his final draw. He placed a $90,000 lien on the property which we would like to clear so we can refinance. Our homeowners is with State Farm but the don’t do bonds, can direct us to someone who can help us bond off the mechanics lien? Thanks!!
