Our customer, Delta Court, is having cash flow issues. We are trying to work with the customer, but they have only been able to pay $2,500.00 of the total $37,300.00 due. The last date worked was 03/01/20. I don't want to miss the filing deadline.

The deadline to file a Mississippi mechanics lien is 90 days after the last date of furnishing labor or materials to the project. This is a hard deadline, if you miss this filing date, the right to file a lien will be lost.
