Are we viewed as a "laborer" and therefore our lien deadline is shortened to two months?

Colorado mechanics liens will have different deadlines depending on who's provided the work giving rise to the lien claim, and depending on what kind of work was provided.
For the majority of mechanics lien claimants, the deadline to file a lien will be 4 months from the last furnishing date. However, for individual wage laborers who don't provide materials or furnish the labor of others, the deadline is 2 months from project completion date.
As a result, the deadline for individual laborers is based on the overall project's completion, even if their work on the job ended well before the overall project completion. But, for companies who provide laborers (like a staffing company), a lien deadline would not run based on the project completion since the altered deadline only applies to individual wage laborers.
