Hi - i am an owner contractor doing a substantial renovation/new build on a property in Los Angeles. We have passed our design review board and are waiting permits. We have architect plans complete. We are building 10,000 SF new construction to add to existing home. I would like to manage the project via CMMP. I will be hands on full time on the project.
I'm asking if we should still file a preliminary notice. We are not working for a GC. This is a multi-prime job
