I was on the project, the project was delayed due to the contractors lack of material submittals. They constantly stayed on us that we was behind when we received approved submittals 10 days after start date. We get towards the end we had about 2 weeks of work left and they decided to terminate contract and serve me a 24 hr notice all in the same day. Leaving over $60k in materials owed on the project and a remaining balance of contract a little over $100k
