Filed lien,Property sold w/o my knowledge. Found out 6 months after it sold, contacted Title company and sent them the correct paperwork. They verified the lien was in place of time of search, but tells me there is a delay in payment, because they don't know who will be writing the check, HUH? I don't care who writes the check, I am still waiting 1 1/2 years past work was completed, I want the money owed. The original Title company (In town of Property holdings) told me they denied taking on the property due to the fact, seller would not give straight answers.
