I was the general contractor remodeling apartmemt on a property in Ponca city, OK. Had not issues for almost 9 months then as I neared the end of the scope of work we had planned on tackling payments slowed down then stopped all together. I acquired a lein on the property. Have made several attempts to settle with no success. Not really sure what purpose was served by getting it ad I still have yet to be paid
