What is Minnesota saying about construction pertaining to essential businesses?

MinnesotaConstruction ContractCoronavirus

Do you have a list/description for Minnesota? We are Remodeling a home and need to put in a bathroom for the homeowner so he can live there. I heard HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical are all essential but what about the general contractor who schedules them. What about window and door installation? Also, tiling floors and showers to make the plumbing install final? then sheetrock and mudding to finish the room? Lastly, to finish a project with trim and paint; is that essential as well? -Pete St. Paul, Minnesota

It seems as though the vast majority of construction workers in Minnesota will be considered exempt from the coronavirus stay home order, as laid out in this article from Kare 11: Am I considered an essential worker under Minnesota's 'Stay at Home' order? From that article, specialty contractors are considered "essential" - but also "other related construction of all kind." Presumably, that'd extend to the GC's coordinating their work. For a high-level guide on where construction can continue during this COVID-19 outbreak, Levelset has a great tool: Can I do Construction Work In my State?
