Contractor has not paid balance on job subcontractor did on private home. It’s been 1 year 3 months since invoice was given and still no payment. Promise to pay with excuse after excuse so what options do I have plus I know of 5 other subs that this contractor has not paid. Thanks House is done and people are living in it now Ed
