Good afternoon, There is a lot of missing information needed to answer your question.   Who is your customer (subcontractor, contractor, owner)?  Are you a supplier or a contractor?  When you did you last perform work (or furnish materials)?  What is the status of the project?

Hi Christopher, Our customer is the GC, we are a supplier, it was 4/12/18 date of material's last furnishing. The status of the project, from what our customer has said, everyone associated with the project is sueing some one, the owner the other contractor, our customer, you name it.  And the project has not been completed successfully, as far as we can figure.  This job site is in Idaho & we are located in Calif. Thank you! Pam

Hi Pam, While I can assist with California issues, since the project is located in Idaho, you will want to contact an Idaho attorney or perhaps try to re-post your question as an Idaho project (not California).   Mechanics lien law is quite different in each state. ----CN
