When i entered in a project into LevelSet it was set as a Residential. Upon further review Scout found it listed as Commercial. So when we sent our Notice of Non-Payment it was under Non-Residential but should have been a Residential. Where do we stand in regards to this? Are we still protected? We are approaching a Lien to be sent out and want to make sure that we are protected in this matter.
