My long time girlfriend died 7-3-20. She bought a 2004 9900i International semi truck. She had an accidental fall and her health got worse. She was forced to quit driving. In hopes of one day recovering and driving her own truck, I began to make payments for her. After she died, I spoke to finance company. I:m not a co-signer. 7 payments left. Finance company knows that I've been making payments. Recomended to file a lien to recoup my money. No will and daughter has shut me out. I have made 19 payments @ $925 each. I'm trying to find out which form to fill out. Financed in Oregon. Truck located in Idaho at my house.
