We did a job for a major construction company in New Mexico, and we are still owed 294,000.00 dollars. It's been 6 months. They have been paid in full by the GC. They are saying nothing for the last month to us.. what can we do to get our money? We were a sub contractor. And we cannot lien the land owner, it's on indian reservation.. help!!!
