We do not have a business license but we are a sole proprietor we were about to finish a job when the contractor terminate his ass and his reasoning was that work wasn't up to par when we went above and beyond to accommodate them they waited till we were just about ready to fill them and told us to leave the property that we no longer had work they owe over $25,000 we have a signed contract and all of the money we spent on the job on our bank card they actually put us in debt what to do ??

You say you do not have a "business license." If you are an unlicensed contractor performing work that requires that you have a contractor's license issued by the ROC, then there is not much you can do. Unlicensed contractors are not allowed to sue in Arizona's courts to collect money owed for work that requires a contractor's license. If you are a sole proprietor but you have an appropriate contractor's license, then you have a potential claim for breach of contract or unjust enrichment, and possibly mechanic's lien rights if you sent an appropriate preliminary 20-day notice.
