I am a contractor that has been working on an apartment pool deck. We completed job and were refused payment until minor corrections were made. We made the adjustments and were given bigger list. We began work to patch and they discontinued communication with us and are only talking with the product supplier. There were no issues with the initial install that would have given cause for the continued work. We have flown out a corporate expert on this product and addressed all the concerns they had. After he left they cut off communication mid repair. Can I still file lien with some work that needs to be done.
